• Worked directly with Muriel Payeur, Vince Lilly and Ray Wilson(inventor of the life cycle and founder of Family Fitness which is now 24 Hour Fitness. Opened and staffed 8 of the clubs in the Southern California area.

• 1990-Relocated my Steel Feather Training facility to Southern California from Miami Florida.

• 1992-1994 Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer at Calavie Spa (Vista California)

• Private spa for the rich and famous right by Golden Door Spa in Escondido. Aerobic Instuctor and Personal Trainer for stars and guests. Worked with Oprah Winfrey, Barbara Streisand, Carrie Fischer, Sean Connery, Paula Abdul, Emilio Estevez, Tanya Tucker and many many more.

• 1994-1995 Private Personal Trainer to Country Western singer Tanya Tucker.

• Responsible for daily workouts, meal planning and training schedule while we were touring. Some of the most fun I have ever had. Thank you Tanya!

• 1998-2001- American College of Cardiology

•  Worked all expo’s and conventions doing day long stress testing to prove to the educated the strength of the heart when cardiac strengthing and resistance training are implemented into our daily lives.

• 1995-2002- Personal Trainer and Aerobic Instuctor Bally’s Total Fitness

• Providing health and fitness education for both the Riverside and Corona facilities.

• 2000-2005 Met-rx and Worldwide Nutrition

• Product Educator and Booth Babe for all of our amateur and pro bodybuilding competitions. Responsible for educating the general population and athletes on proper and safe supplementation depending on their physical and physiological needs. Traveled annually to Columbus Ohio for “The Arnold Classic” and “Mr. Olympia”, hosted in Las Vegas.

• Back to where I started in the Inland Empire. Continuing to provide my recent education and knowledge to help men, women and children of all ages receive the best disease prevention possible………………..EXERCISE!
