Sports Specific Training

My main reason for hiring a trainer was to help prepare me for football. When I first started with Taylor I weighed 117 pounds and could bench around my body weight. After about two months with Taylor, I put on 10 pounds of muscle and I now can bench 140 pounds.

I have learned so much about the importance of eating the right foods to keep my muscle and to help maintain my strength on the football field. I am training 5 days a week now for football and working out with Taylor three days a week. My coaches say I am now the fastest runner and the hardest hitter on the team.

Taylor has been a total benefit to my mind, body and sport. I really appreciate her. Thanks Tay!
