Spinal Deviations
There are three (3) types of spinal abnormalities:
- Scoliosis
- Abnormal Lordosis
- Kyphosis
Unfortunately, we can not fix these deviations with exercise. But, we can build up your back, chest, and overall body to stabilize and support. Weight training will alleviate a lot of pressure that is put upon the nerves due to these spinal abnormalities.
Low Back Pain
Resistance training and flexibility programs will be crucial parts of your overall training program. Together, these programs will help alleviate the pain associated with lower back problems, by strengthening and stabilizing these muscles.
