Getting Started

1. The first step in any exercise program is to want to do it. If you are ready, then fill out the questionnaire and submit it.

2. A Personal Trainer will contact you to schedule a phone consultation and to set up an evaluation. The evaluation includes reviewing your questionnaire, taking measurements, testing your muscle and cardiovascular strength, flexibility. Once the trainer has contacted you, please print out the following documents and bring with you to your first training session.

3. We not only stress the importance of exercise, but also education. No program is complete without a thorough knowledge of the why's and how to's.

4. We will also track and re-evaluate your progress at the end of your personalized program.

The goal when hiring a personal trainer is to get you to a place where you are capable of self-running your fitness program. Personal training should not be considered a life long dependency. My job is to provide a safe environment to train, educate, and then set you free!
