Boot Camp Information


MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN WELCOME!


Please print out all three forms and bring them with you to your first bootcamp

Camp Details:

Once a month we will offer a Free nutritional workshop to help keep you on the right track.  Nutritional journals will be available for purchase if you are interested in taking your program to the next level.  You will be notified of all times and dates.

If you bring a friend with you to bootcamp, you will receive a free SFT bootcamp T-shirt to show off your new accomplishment.

Unlike other Bootcamp's we offer a full program with resistance traning.  That means we use free weights and barbells in our classes to build muscle so that you can experience long term results.  After a full hour of sculpting we incorporate an extensive run walk for our campers to pretty much guarantee results within the first two workouts

Due to the nature of our program we only take 8-10 people at a time. Discount available to all Bally’s members. Child programs are also available.
