Spinal Deviations

There are three (3) types of spinal abnormalities:
Scoliosis
Abnormal Lordosis
Kyphosis

Unfortunately, we can not fix these deviations with exercise. But, we can build up your back, chest, and overall body to stabilize and support. Weight training will alleviate a lot of pressure that is put upon the nerves due to these spinal abnormalities.


Low Back Pain

A consistent weight training program will stabilize the skeletal system and help alleviate pressure applied to the nerves by instability. In addition to a strength training program, you must stretch. Flexibility is a crucial part of your program, helping maintain mobility throughout the joint.
